01 Classes

Paluna teaches regularly scheduled fitness classes, and sometimes acts as a substitute instructor, at a number of fitness studios around the city of Toronto.

Personal Training

Paluna provides both regular personal training, and instruction in the specialized disciplines of Yoga, Pilates, and Kettlebell, for all types of clients, including adults, seniors, new and expecting mothers, and people with injuries.

Private Sessions

$80per hour

Semi-Private Sessions2+ – no maximum
